Exploring the World of Science through a Biblical Perspective

Keep the flame for God kindled in the heart of your children through CSI's exciting summer workshops.

Camp for one Week or the entire summer. We offer fun-filled days of hands-on science activities. Campers will start their day with devotions centered around God's creation. Your children will explore, grow, develop new skills, and form lasting friendships in a safe and godly environment.

1. June 16th—20th (9am-3:30pm)

Topic: Weird & Wacky Science

Dive into chemistry and see what it has to offer! We will be mixing chemicals to see the reactions. Explore each of the different states of matter, and observe how density and air pressure can affect our daily lives. 

2. June 23rd—27th (9am-3:30pm) (2nd-6th)

Topic: Created by Design

God’s wonderful creation is shown in all that He created.  We will spend time looking at many animals that God designed.  We will explore their uniqueness and purpose for the animal kingdom.  Let us take a journey through the animal kingdom and be in awe of what God has given us to enjoy in His creation.

3. June 30thJuly 4th (9am-3:30pm) (2nd-6th)

Explore Engineering

How do engineers build something strong enough to withstand weight and wind? Let’s explore - bridges, domes, buildings, and balloon cars. These are just a few of the types of structures that we will be building and testing.  

4. July 7thJuly 11th (9am-3:30pm) (2nd-6th)

Topic: Systems of the Human Body: That Amazing Factory!

Let us take a journey through this Amazing Factory, looking at each system’s design and seeing how they work very well. We will start with the tiniest part of the whole, which is in every living thing (plants included!). 

5. July 14thJuly 18th (9am-3:30pm) (2nd-6th)

Topic: Paleontology Exploration

Them bones, them bones, them dry bones! Investigating fossil evidence supports the biblical account that dinosaurs and humans did co-exist. Campers will learn how to identify fossils, grid dig sites, piece together fossil fragments to form complete fossils and prepare them for transportation just like the real paleontologists.
