CSI's Science Summer Camp for Little Sprouts provides a fun environment where 4 and 5 year olds can learn about science through age appropriate hands-on projects, crafts, and activities designed to encourage wonder and creative thinking.
summer camp for preschoolers
This program has been developed to meet the needs of parents with kids who are too young to attend our elementary age Weird and Wacky Science Summer Camp.  Our Science Summer Camp for Little Sprouts follows the same daily themes as the Weird and Wacky Science camp so that both older and younger campers can share similar daily experiences. Activities are subject to change.

The camp will feature a smaller number of kids in the room and teachers with passion and experience teaching this age group in order to provide the extra level of help and supervision that these younger campers require. Additionally, this camp will be held in a newly renovated, kid-friendly room that will ensure no child will ever get bored!

What is the cost of camp?
The cost of Summer camp is $175 per week. Camp T-Shirt is included. Sorry, No refunds.

But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander. – 1 Peter 3:15-16

Fossil Float Field Trip

We have enjoyed over the years watching children and parents enjoy learning about God’s Creation through Fossil Hunting on the Peace River.

What is a Fossil Float? It is an exciting adventure canoeing and digging for fossils. This area of Florida, rich with phosphates, is known as a Fossil Graveyard. Over the last decade we have taken over 10,000 people, young and old, down the Peace River, where they have learned that there is substantial evidence of a world-wide flood as recorded in the Bible. How else would you explain the findings of Whale Vertebra, or teeth of the Megalodon shark that would grow as large as 70 feet in length, in a river that is located some 30 miles from the Gulf of Mexico? The findings of the Wholly Mammoth, Saber-tooth Cat and the Giant Sloth, gives affirmation to the bible reference of an ice age.

What you will learn: Discover the truth about the ice age from a creationist perspective. You will learn how to identify fossils, and make the connection to God as the creator. You will also learn to canoe and enjoy each other as you paddle down the river in the cool waters together. We end our exciting fossil adventure with fossil identification and special awards. Happy faces fill the room as the finds are identified and the prizes are given for the most unique find, the most of one kind, and the largest and most complete fossils found. Fossil Float trips are only available for the months of May and June. For prices, please call our office at (954) 771-1652.

Trip includes:

  • Canoe, paddles, safety gear
  • Fossil Hunting Equipment
  • Guides on River
