We’ve Got Exciting News!

 Dear Friend,

I have exciting news for you about a major change taking place THIS month at CSI. I think you’ll be thrilled, because it opens the door to reach millions more nationwide with the truth of creation and the gospel of Jesus Christ. 

Beginning this February, CSI is joining Coral Ridge Ministries, the national media outreach founded by Dr. D. James Kennedy and now led by Dr. Rob Pacienza. Together, CSI and CRM are poised to make the case for creation even more effectively and to an even larger audience across America. 

Dr. Kennedy mentored Rob as a young man, and I had the opportunity to teach him at Westminster Academy, as well. He is as committed as I am to biblical creation, as recorded in Genesis. 

This new partnership brings with it the opportunity to make an even greater Creation impact through the media to viewers across America. 

For me, personally, it’s also a kind of homecoming, and here’s why . . .

In 1978, I first visited Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church with my wife Linda. Just days before I had prayed with my late friend, Dr. Ken Wackes, to invite Jesus Christ to be my Lord and Savior. 

My life changed dramatically from that moment on. I had spent the past decade as a firmly committed atheist who preached evolution as fact to my public high school students.

But God was at work on me . . . 

Sitting on a wooden pew in a packed sanctuary I heard Dr. D. James Kennedy preach on creation! (Again, my FIRST sermon at Coral Ridge Church.) 

I was blown away to hear the biblical and scientific case for creation. And I wanted to learn more. I soon met Dr. Kennedy who introduced me to creationist authors like Dr. Henry Morris and Dr. Duane Gish. I devoured their books and met them both a few months later when Dr. Kennedy hosted a creation conference at his church. 

I spent the next ten years learning everything I could about creation science while teaching chemistry from a creation perspective at Westminster Academy. Then, in 1988 with Dr. Kennedy’s blessing and support, I founded Creation Studies Institute, which God has used to educate thousands of people of all ages across Florida and beyond about creation truth.

You’ve been a faithful friend and partner in reaching out with life-changing creation truth. Because of you, CSI has flourished and educated thousands about the lies of evolution. 

Student Nathaniel Gavilan wrote that my book, Evolution’s Fatal Fruit, changed his “view of evolution and Christianity forever.”
